Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Some organizations need a confidentiality agreement in place before they share requirements or run a deeper evaluation. CalibraCore is happy to sign a mutual NDA. This page explains how to request one.
What is an NDA?
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (also called a confidentiality agreement) is a contract in which both sides agree to keep shared information confidential. It lets you discuss your processes, data and requirements with us — and lets us share product details — with confidence.
What our NDA covers
- A mutual commitment to keep shared information confidential
- How confidential information may and may not be used
- How long the confidentiality obligations last
- Standard exclusions (e.g. information already public)
How to request an NDA
Email support@calibracore.com — or contact us — and ask for a mutual NDA. We can sign your standard NDA or provide ours, whichever suits your procurement process.
