Where a vendor publishes no price, we say so rather than repeating a third-party guess — and where a figure is a directory's rather than the vendor's, the page says whose number it is.
Every claim carries a date
Vendors change pricing and get acquired. Each record stores the date its facts were verified, and the country guides show it — last reviewed August 2026. A comparison without a date is a comparison you cannot check.
We name rivals as the better fit

We state what we do not do

GageList offers a free tier for small shops, and LabCalibrate is currently free in full — though it publishes no paid tier, so treat that as today's price rather than a permanent plan. GAGEtrak, Qualer and Metquay do not have permanent free plans — they offer trials or paid test drives instead.
Should I choose cloud or on-premise calibration software?

What should calibration management software actually do?
- Three things. It holds every instrument you own, tells you when each one is due, and keeps the proof it was calibrated on time — the certificate number, the issuing laboratory and the as-found result against each instrument. Anything that only stores a due date leaves you assembling the evidence by hand at audit.
Can I move my records from another calibration tool?
- Yes, in most cases. Export your instrument list from your current tool or spreadsheet to Excel or CSV, then import it in one upload — CalibraCore allows this on the free plan. Check the export options of any tool you are considering before you commit: a system you cannot get data out of is the expensive kind of lock-in.
