By using CalibraCore ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

1. License & Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal calibration asset management needs. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the platform's security mechanisms. All IP remains the property of CalibraCore.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all local, state, and international laws, including HIPAA and ISO 17025 where applicable.

3. Data Accuracy

While we provide the tools for calibration tracking, the accuracy of the data entered remains your responsibility. CalibraCore is not liable for any equipment failure or compliance breach arising from inaccurate data entry or missed calibration due dates.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or update the platform features at any time.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform for any violation of these terms or at our sole discretion for any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users via the email provided in their account profile for any significant changes.
